Sun Odyssey 40

The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 40 is a real sailors’ yacht. Fast and light, due to the double Kevlar matting in the GRP hull. The double steering wheels make it an easy to use boat in the Med, where one is mostly moored with the stern of the boat facing the quay. The chartplotter and Radar displays are fitted in the cockpit for easy viewing while cruising. So is a second VHF for short distance usage.
Inside the lay out is cozy, especially as in this design, the chart table is part of the salon. This yacht had the salon cushions  re-upholstered in 2008 and a new main sail in May 2009.
