Cabrera: Please state your prospective visit date when you send in the crew list.
Car-hire: We can rent a car for you from a reliable car-hire company.
Charter Fee: Full payment must be clear in Palma Maritime bank account before the start of the charter.
Check-in: For the Palma Maritime fleet between 13:00-17:00, unless otherwise agreed. Please ask for the other yachts.
Check-out: You must return to the yacht's mooring before 16:00 on the last evening. You may stay on board until 08:00 the next morning, unless otherwise agreed.
Contract conditions: Full contract conditions are sent with your contract and on request. Please read carefully.
Crew list: Please return the form enclosed with the charter documents. A copy must be on the yacht at all time.

Diver: A diver will come at 17:00 to inspect the yacht.
Extras: Equipment to be ordered in advance and paid for in cash here in Palma: outboard motor, skipper, hostess, towels, extra bedding, unless otherwise stated.

Licence: Official sailing licence and proof of sea sailing experience must be provided. Please send us a copy and have the original on board ready for inspection. All yachts are fully licenced for charter.

Skipper training: On request, available in English, German and Dutch.
Skipper: Available on request. To abid by Spanish law we can recommend a skipper to you and you can employ him direct as a member of your crew. All the skippers we recommend are very experienced and have the necessary licences, but are not employed directly by us.
